It’s well into 2014, and my blog has collected a bit of dust. So, I thought I should pull out the Swiffer and clean this puppy up. I’ve decided to give in to all the pressures of presenting well in an interwebz-related profession. So, for my first blog post in what I hope to be a regular event, here’s my current status report.
By night, I’m in the middle of writing a book for Packt Publishing. It’s a little book about creating web mapping applications. I’ll get more into the specifics later, when I get a bit further along and they want to start selling it.
When I’m not working by day, or working by night, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. My wife keeps me grounded, remembers what I forget, and teaches me so much about showing God’s love. My son keeps me young with all the play time we have together. We enjoy the occasional bike ride, trying out new foods, and cuddling on the couch watching TV. It’s a simple life, but fun.
That’s all I have time for today. I’ll try to get some more mapping and web development posts out there soon.
TTFN (Ta-ta for now!)
